Incredible evening of "gourmet art"
An extraordinary evening was reserved for us this evening by the French sculptor Arson and his friends Dominique and Christophe Rambaud, owners of the Carcarille hotel restaurant in Gordes.
Linking art and sculpture to gastronomy, the pastry chef, Mikaël, had the idea of transforming Arson's famous sculpture, the "Esculmau" into "real" ice cream, available in different delicious flavors. The idea was accepted, it was an opportunity for the sculptor Arson, inventor of "gourmet art" to present his famous "Esculmaux" on a grand scale. In front of an audience of delighted admirers, he exhibited three monumental sculptures of his "Esculmaux", 2.30 m high!
After tasting them, we can confirm that these Esculmaux are indeed "famous" and that the pastry chef of this excellent restaurant is worthy of the greats.
Well done everyone for this exceptional evening.
